30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

- Item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, or protective wrapping.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., order confirmation email).

We accept returns in the case of new and defective or damaged product.
Exchange Order
We also accept exchanges. exchange method is similar to return procedure. Once we recive the product, you can email us about the the product you need in exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or exchange

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping is covered by Elite Topps only when the defect or error is on our part.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will be notified once your refund is processed.
